The Ethical Chef

Deri Reed is The Ethical Chef. He’s the vegetarian ‘chef du jour’ and creates ingenious Welsh recipes from ingredients sourced on his doorstep. Trained at Café Paradiso, Cork, Ireland, Deri was keen to showcase the best of vegetarian cooking. He’s rejected setting up a bricks and mortar, in favour of opting for street food trading in Wales and the SW and hosting fabulous supper clubs.
