Viet Vite was born out of a love of Asian street food and is based on Vietnamese classics with a twist. Darrin and Lynne sell freshly prepared, simple ingredients tranformed into three Vietnamese classics Tom NuongXa - lemongrass prawns, Banh Cuon - rice rolls stuffed with fresh vegetables and banh mi, a slow roasted, herb infused, belly pork & spicy minced pork with pickled vegetables on a mayo slathered toasted French baguette.
